Missy has discovered sourdough bread and she’s hooked. Its been a long time since Missy was able to have bread, because of her gluten allergy. But she found a gluten free flour mix that’s mostly made from brown rice flour, and it makes a pretty good loaf of bread. A lot of gluten free breads aren’t really that good, but she has found the right mix that is pretty good. The kids both like it and Missy has baked 2 loafs this weekend alone.
She is also able to share the recipe with friends in the ward who have gluten free needs in their homes. It has been a great hobby she’s able to do while chasing 2 kids at the same time.
